ROMGAZ provided financial support for the “Let Children Talk About Waste” Project, initiated by the Asociaţia de Bun Gust, county of Sibiu. “Let Children Talk About Waste” is intended for pupils in the last stage of primary education, which are increasingly receptive to environmental issues.
For the fifth year, the little ones are welcomed to have fun and join the superheroes of selective collecting in cleaning actions. PetRică, Tanti Rezi, BioRel, Mărie-Hârtie and Miticlă, the characters that are coming to life, are awaiting helpers to clean up playgrounds and surrounding areas of green spaces in Sibiu and Mediaş.

ROMGAZ provided financial support for the “Rehabilitation of the Secondary School of Hoghilag” Project. The scope of the project was the rehabilitation of the Secondary School of Hoghilag by repair and development works of the ground floor, courtyard, sports ground, etc.
The University “Lucian Blaga” of Sibiu (ULBS) is one of the oldest universities in Romania, with a tradition of more than 225 years. In 2023, ROMGAZ provided financial support for the Project “Endowment with Specialty Equipment of the Faculty of Medicine within ULB Sibiu (specializations of Balneo - Physical- Kinetic Therapy and Recovery, General Medicine, Dental Medicine)”.
ROMGAZ provided financial support for the project “Together We Grow Healthy” – purchase of high performance echograph with probes for pediatric explorations”, initiated by the National Institute of Endocrinology “C.I. Parhon” of Bucharest.
In 2024, ROMGAZ provided financial support for the project "Procurement of Urology Medical Apparatus” within the Municipal Hospital of Mediaş. The Municipal Hospital serving a population of around 120,000 inhabitants of the Northern area of the Sibiu County.

ROMGAZ provided financial support for the project “Best Start in Life for Your Child”, initiated by the Association “Pronutriţie” of Târgu Mureş. The Project aimed at informing medical staff and parents on the whole process of intestinal flora analysis of C-section-born infants, from sampling to communication of results and analysis of biostatical data.
In 2023, ROMGAZ provided financial support for the project “Integrated Care and Monitoring Solution for Patients admitted to Hospital”, initiated by the “Bagdasar-Arseni” Emergency Clinical Hospital.
ROMGAZ provided financial support for the construction of the first operating theatre within the Town Hospital of Cisnădie. The town hospital is of general type, comprising the following specialties: internal medicine, neurology, cardiology, pediatrics, obstetrics gynecology, general surgery, ORL, endocrinology, psychiatry, AIT. Currently, it has 72 beds.
ROMGAZ provided financial support for the project “Rehabilitation of Premises, MRI (NMR) Apparatus Installing, Handling and Putting into Operation”. The Municipal Hospital of Orșova serves a population of approx. 40,000 inhabitants, mostly rural.

ROMGAZ Funds the First Oncological Support Platform in Romania.“Raise Your Heart” is a charity NGO, established in Sibiu, with the aim of supporting people affected by cancer, people at social risk that need support to prevent physical, social and spiritual degradation, regardless of their training, education or cultural level.

The project aimed at rehabilitating the Newborn Department of the hospital and equipping such with medical devices to ensure the best medical intervention and treatment conditions for infant patients.

Mihai Leu is one of the most known an appreciated Romanian sportsman, who excelled both on boxing and in rally. Three times national champion in coastal speed and one absolute champion in rally, Mihai Leu demonstrated that he can reinvent himself and that he can excel in different domains.

The project included a series of steps to support, from a non-governmental area, the accession of Romania to OECD, and enhancement of the involved players’ commitment to the objectives agreed at governmental level.
